Field marketing services provider, Racktime Sales & Marketing Services has deployed TOA Technologies' (News - Alert) new ETAworkforce and ETAdirect Professional to optimize its mobile business operations.
Racktime officials said that they were looking for a solution that could automate job assignments and optimize schedules for workers with a diverse skill set, while simultaneously supporting the social enterprise. The new deployment is helping the company offer a wide array of field marketing services – including deployment of in-store displays, on-location demos and secret shopper campaigns seamlessly and on time.
Hans Knipscheer, founder and CEO of Racktime said that their company identified an opportunity to improve efficiencies by implementing a proven software platform to assign activities to hundreds of field marketing employees quickly and efficiently, while taking into consideration the location, skills and the specific business rules applicable to each person in the field.

It helps in assigning workers to jobs based on criteria that the user chose – including an individual worker’s training, skills and past performance, as recorded and learned by the system.
