Vodafone Ghana Selects The Now Factory's Mobile Moments Solution

- Alert) Ghana, the second largest mobile network operator in Ghana, to deliver exceptional customer experience across its mobile network of 4.3 million subscribers.
Officials with The Now Factory said the Mobile Moments solution will be deployed across Vodafone Ghana’s 3G network and will provide granular and meaningful measurements of the Quality of Experience (QoE) customers receive when using mobile data services, taking into account, the impact of different applications and smart devices.
Thanks to the Mobile Moments, Vodafone Ghana will be able to optimize the customer experience in real-time, reduce operational costs and drive new revenue streams.
"Delighting our customers means that we are committed to constantly delivering products and services that really meet their needs," said Uche Ofodile, chief marketing officer at Vodafone Ghana in a statement. "Our partnership with the Now Factory will allow us to do this in even more innovative ways.”
The company selected The Now Factory’s Mobile Moments Vantage solution to gain greater visibility into how its customers experience mobile data services, identify the root cause of performance issues that may occur, and provide the necessary answers to optimize the customer journey in real time across its LTE (News - Alert) and UMTS networks.

Back in June, The Now Factory announced that its Mobile Moments Vantage was selected by CSL Limited to provide real-time visibility into mobile data usage, helping optimize the customer experience and increase operational efficiencies.
CSL is a mobile operator in Hong Kong with more than three million subscribers and delivers an innovative range of voice and data services.
