GMC Software Partners with Bell and Howell to Deliver Multichannel Delivery Solutions

The newly forged partnership between GMC Software and Bell and Howell is set to leverage the features of BH Mobile Mail application to rapidly deliver multichannel communications to end-users, and furnish them with the option to receive information to the time and place of their choice.

Using the BH Mobile Mail service from Bell and Howell, one can seamlessly install a mobile application to furnish bills, statements, marketing messages and more through a highly secure, protected environment. Until now, e-mail was used widely to deliver online statements and bills, and users are finding it hard to keep track of more than a hundred emails every day.
And with the advent of smartphones, it’s difficult for them to access content from sites that are yet to be optimized for mobile.
Bell and Howell realized that mobile apps are the best method for securely receiving digital mailing information via a smartphone, and it designed its mobile service to make that process simple. With BH Mobile Mail, one can have deeper, more meaningful connections with their customers, which ultimately translates into greater loyalty and commitment.
